For advanced features, you have the freedom to define them (as long as 
you define them clearly in your report). It is fine to minimize the delay of 
the critical net for timing consideration.

Evaluation中，the channel density所指的是不是在channel中有繞線的最大track數目?

By local density, we mean the maximum number of nets passing through
a particular column. Channle density is referred to as the maximum local 
density in the channel.

        在Evaluation中，the channel density所指的是不是在channel中有繞線的最大track數目還是每個column被多少條nets所穿越的
        數量?
