The problem is not asking you to floorplan the cells or generate
the input files, but group the cells to arrays.  Thus, you are
not allowed to make any changes on the input file.  The input
file we provide to you won't have rotation or mirroring on the cells.

想再進一步請問一下, 依上個問題的回答, 應該是在 cell 上不會有 rotate or mirror.
在所提供的參考網址上 CIF 格式的 subroutine 中, 共有三種 transformations,
分別是 translation, rotation, mirroring.
在提供的參考範本上, 說明會用到 translation, 而沒有明確的告知說是否會用到
rotation 及 mirroring.
可是在 sample tests 裡面, 確實有用到 rotation. 所以不曉得是否是 rotation
和 mirroring 都會用到, 還是如何 ?

其 output file 的格式跟題目內描述的的不一樣, 請問是 follow 測試檔案的嗎?
